Our analysis of new casino sites not signed up to GamStop always starts with a summary of the core positive and negative parts of the platform. We see things we like – and we’re always quick to talk about them – but let’s not forget about the things we dislike.
Giving you a balanced view means you can size up the pros and cons. LuckyAce Casino has a lot of them but we condensed things down to a few from either side. Read them all, determine how important they are to you as a player, and then choose to either carry on or avoid this site entirely.
Positives
- Amazingly Secure Banking – Most sites use an internal banking system but LuckyAce Casino handles all transactions on an external terminal. This adds a new layer to the security and means that even if the site gets hacked, your payment information is stored elsewhere and will be untouched.
- Spoils You With Bonuses – LuckyAce Casino members get spoilt with gifts and rewards. A huge welcome bonus is followed by a crypto bonus, weekly reload bonus and cashback bonus. Get the latter two every week to ensure you always have bonus funds in your account!
- Offers Unique Gaming Options – You get all the usual casino games at LuckyAce and a wide variety of unique options. Play mini-games, bonus games, virtual games, scratch cards, keno and hundreds of other things you don’t often see elsewhere.
Negatives
- Wagering Requirements For Deposits – You must wager all deposits once before you can withdraw winnings. There’s absolutely no problem slapping wagering requirements on bonuses but we don’t think they should exist for deposits.
- Daily Withdrawal Limits – Similarly, we don’t believe in setting daily withdrawal limits for members. It seems harsh and LuckyAce Casino’s €1000 daily limit is exceptionally low.
The Lowdown On LuckyAce Casino Bonuses
We noted the bonuses as a big positive for this site, so what are the full details? You’ll soon see all the bonuses available on this site complete with some big T&Cs we think you ought to know before claiming. We’re also going to look at other bonus categories to show you what’s unavailable at the present moment. Those last four words are key as you never know when LuckyAce Casino might change its mind and introduce new bonuses!
Welcome Bonus
You receive a 500% welcome bonus at LuckyAce Casino letting you claim up to 3000 EUR. It’s a traditional welcome package rewarding your first three deposits from bank transfers or cards:
- 200% First Deposit Bonus
- 100% Second Deposit Bonus
- 200% Third Deposit Bonus
The rules for this are simple; deposit 20 EUR or more to activate each offer and wager the bonuses 35 times to convert the money into cash. You can only use the funds on specific game providers – read the full T&Cs for more details.
If you’ve got a crypto wallet, you can deposit using your preferred cryptocurrency to get a 300% Crypto Welcome Bonus of up to 1000 EUR as well. This has the same terms & conditions as above and cannot be used if the first welcome offer is still active.
Finish claiming and wagering all of your welcome bonuses and you’re free to use LuckAce Casino’s 100% Reload Bonus. It can be claimed up to 4 times a week with a 20 EUR minimum deposit and a 1000 EUR maximum bonus each time. That means a possible 4000 EUR in bonus funds every single week!
Speaking of weekly bonuses, you’re entitled to request 10% cashback on all net losses at LuckyAce Casino. Do this via Live Chat and you’ll be given a cashback bonus of up to 500 EUR. For example, if you lose €500 during a week, you can claim a €50 bonus! Unlike the other bonuses, this one only has 30x wagering requirements.
No Deposit Bonus
We were slightly amazed by the diversity of bonuses for LuckyAce players, so it was equally surprising to see this isn’t one of the foreign online casinos with no deposit bonus promos. We’re keeping everything crossed that this is a temporary limitation – maybe the site is waiting to become more established before delivering a no-deposit deal. If our hopes are correct, we’ll instantly update this section with the offer.
Sports Bonus
Things are slightly interesting in the sports bonus department. LuckyAce Casino doesn’t currently have an active sportsbook or a sports bonus – but it may have one very soon. The sportsbook says “Coming Soon”, and in the Terms and Conditions we found a line talking about a 100% sportsbook bonus. It’s not available now, but we believe it will be available when the sportsbook opens.
Playable Casino Games at LuckyAce
First of all, LuckyAce has tonnes of casino games to play. It’s one of the bigger game libraries for new casinos and provides fairly mixed casino games not affected by GamStop. We can’t complain about the size of the game library, nor do we have any bad things to say about the quality of games.
It looks as close to perfect as you’ll get – but we know a site’s games are more down to the players than anything. What do you want to play? Every popular casino game category is listed below and you’ll see if LuckyAce Casino has the titles you’re keen to find.
- Slots – Looking for online slots? Your search is over as LuckyAce Casino has a remarkable lineup of the latest reel-based games. We’re looking at Scroll of Dead, Sugar Rush, Jack Hammer and thousands more of the biggest and best online slots for UK players.
- Bingo – You won’t have a positive view of LuckyAce Casino’s game library if you enjoy bingo. There’s not a hint of bingo on the site, not even in the live games section.
- Poker – Play a very reasonable array of poker games at LuckyAce from both the main digital library and the live section. You can enjoy different types of poker too, like Texas Hold’em or Three Card Poker.
- Live Games – The live casino is full of premium games from amazing live game providers. There’s a massive catalogue of table games here – from roulette to baccarat with a sprinkling of blackjack and Teen Patti for good measure. Live game shows are also playable, such as Crazy Pachinko and Gonzo’s Treasure Map.
- Lottery – They’re hard to find, but we did come across some lottery games at LuckyAce Casino. Look in the “Mini Games” section and you’ll find loads of “lucky number” games including lottery-style features where you pick numbers and hope to get an instant payout.
- Slingo – We were surprised to see no Slingo here, mainly because the library is full of other fun mini-games like Keno, scratch cards, etc. It’s worth looking at all of the mini-games, bonus games and virtual games as there’s bound to be a great Slingo alternative somewhere.
- Software Providers – Let’s hit you with some big names right off the bat. Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Novomatic, Merkur, Wazdan and Quickspin. These providers alone are enough to prove LuckyAce’s fantastic game quality but the list extends and you’ll see many other wonderful software developers here.
The Sportsbook Section at LuckyAce Casino
At the time of this review, LuckyAce Casino doesn’t provide UK betting not blocked by GamStop. However, it does have a sports betting section, there’s just nothing in it yet. We can say with complete confidence that this website will provide sports betting in the future – when it does, we shall update this section with all the capabilities and details of what you’ll find in the sportsbook.
Important Payment Details For LuckyAce Casino Players
Where to begin with the payments on this site? We’ll start with some wonderful news; UK punters scouring the web for casinos that take credit cards will be ecstatic to see LuckyAce Casino on this list! It accepts both Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards with no charges for transactions.
You get a few more deposit options too – we’ve listed them all for you below:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Direct Bank Transfer
- Cryptocurrency
If you pay via Cryptocurrency, it will be handled via Crypto Processing by CoinsPaid and you can choose from any of these cryptocurrencies:
- Bitcoin
- Litecoin
- Dogecoin
- Bitcoin Cash
- Ethereum
- Ripple
- Cardano
- Tether
- Tron
No matter how you choose to deposit money, the transaction happens right away so there’s no delay in funding your account. All of the options shown above can be used for withdrawals as well (including credit cards and bank transfers) though it takes around 3 days for your payment to be processed.
Deposit & Withdrawal Limits
An interesting caveat about LuckyAce Casino’s payment methods is all of them provide different deposit limits!
- Visa/Mastercard – 20 to 500 EUR
- Bank Transfer – 20 to 1,000 EUR
- Cryptocurrency – 30 to 5,000 EUR
Withdrawal limits are less confusing as each one starts at 50 EUR minimum and the maximum limits are the same also. They’re set by LuckyAce Casino as maximum withdrawal limits for each day, week and month:
- Daily Withdrawal Limit – 1000 EUR
- Weekly Withdrawal Limit – 5000 EUR
- Monthly Withdrawal Limit – 20000 EUR
Paypal & Mobile Phone Bill Transactions
Is PayPal your payment method of choice when you gamble online? You’ll have to either look elsewhere or settle for the options above as LuckyAce Casino doesn’t accept PayPal payments. The same is true for any payments made via phone bills; they can’t be used on this platform so either find a site that does accept them or make the most of the methods you can use instead.
Customer Support at LuckyAce Casino
We love the live chat at LuckyAce Casino because it’s easy to use, offers fast responses and means we always have support by our side. That’s exactly what you need from an online casino and to us live chat is essential.
We do wish you could use telephone support as well, but it doesn’t surprise us to see this missing from LuckyAce Casino. Almost all new sites don’t bother with it – but at least you still have email as an alternative to the live chat.
- Contact email – [email protected]
LuckyAce Mobile Casino Details
LuckyAce has been optimised for mobile devices so it will work on any mobile web browser. There’s not a lot to say here other than the experience is identical to what you get on your computer – if not a tiny bit better. If you’re looking for a mobile app, you’ll be looking for a long time as there isn’t one and we don’t think the operator will create one.

LuckyAce Casino Wrap Up
LuckyAce Casino is a new site with room to grow yet it already excites and amazes. We’re massive fans of the promotions on this platform because it gives back to players with ongoing rewards. Sports betting is just around the corner, so you’ve already got something more to look forward to! Join today if you’re looking for a new and inventive online casino experience.

What Should I Do If I Have A Complaint About LuckyAce Casino?
Contact the support team via live chat or email to express your grievances. This will solve most issues, but you can get in touch with the CEG too. We recommend this as a way of escalating your complaint if LuckyAce didn’t handle it well enough.
